How does MySalesCoach work?
Every engagement begins with a discovery call to understand your team’s goals, challenges, and opportunities. Based on this, we create a personalised coaching profile and plan for each coachee.
 
Next, we conduct a coach-matching call with a member of our team to ensure every individual is paired with the right coach for their growth and learning style. Once matched, 1:1 coaching sessions can be scheduled via our platform, as well as enrolling onto weekly tactical group coaching sessions. All of our sessions are conducted virtually over Zoom.
How do you ensure the quality and credentials of your coaches?
At MySalesCoach, we maintain a world-class curated marketplace by implementing a rigorous selection process for our coaches. Less than 5% of applicants become a MySalesCoach coach, ensuring we achieve the perfect blend of experience, proven results, and diversity to expertly match each salesperson with the ideal coach.
 
After every coaching session, we collect detailed feedback from the coachee, including ratings on session value and insights gained. These results are transparently shared with you, allowing you to see the value your team receives. Our current feedback score across thousands of coaching sessions is an impressive 9.6/10.
 
Additionally, we conduct weekly coach enablement sessions to keep our coaches sharp, as well as coach QBRs. These sessions focus on best-practice coaching strategies, industry trends, and tackling real-world sales challenges, ensuring every coach is equipped to deliver exceptional value.
Where are your coaches located?
We coach teams globally with coaches across all continents and timezones. Many of our coaches are multi-lingual, enabling us to accommodate sellers who wish to be coached in their native language.
Do your coaches specialise in specific methodologies and frameworks?
Yes. Our coaches have expertise and are certified across a wide range of methodologies and frameworks like MEDDICC, SPICED, and Sandler. If having a coach specialise in a specific methodology is important for you, we will factor this in during our matching process.
Do you have coaches with experience in my industry/sector and sales motion?
Our coaches come from a vast array of experiences across almost every industry and sales motion. We will consider this when going through our matching process to ensure you are connected with the right coach.

We provide the benefit of working as a coach whenever and wherever you want, remotely, with teams and individuals who need coaching. Our platform eliminates the challenges of finding new customers, billing, chasing payments, and admin, allowing you to focus on delivering impactful coaching.

How long are coaching sessions?
Our research and experience show that short, digestible coaching sessions, integrated into the flow of work, have the most impact.
 
1:1 Coaching Sessions: These are 35 minutes in duration, plus coaches pre-session preparation and post-session follow-up.
 
Tactical Group Coaching Sessions: Typically range between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the topic and group size.

Are coaching sessions recorded?
Yes, every session is recorded and the recording is available to the coachee and coach in the platform for future value, reflection, and reference. Recordings are not shared with managers or organisations, ensuring a safe space for reps to open up confidentially and gain maximum benefit from coaching.
Are coaching sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Coaching sessions are designed to be a safe space for reps and teams. Recordings and confidential information are not shared with managers or organisations. However, we work to align with managers and organisations when it’s in the best interest of the rep, while maintaining the confidentiality of the coachee.
What if I can’t make a coaching session?
As an individual, if you cannot make a session, the platform allows you to seamlessly rearrange for a more suitable time where availability exists. If you do not rearrange with suitable advance notice, you may be at risk of losing a coaching credit.
What happens if I want to switch my coach?
We understand that sometimes, your goals and needs change or on a rare occasion, the perfect chemistry doesn’t exist with your matched coach. It’s our job to make sure you have the perfect coach at all times, and as such - we will happily re-match you to a new coach at any time based on your personal needs.
Do you deliver training as well as coaching?
Yes! Training is a critical and foundational requirement. Depending on your needs, we can facilitate group training workshops as part of your MySalesCoach engagement, delivered virtually or on-site. We also provide training sessions as part of our Learning Paths.
 
Our unique differentiation is that we follow up training with 1:1 coaching for each individual to ensure long-lasting behaviour change that drives results.
What would make me choose a Learning Path?
A Learning Path is a structured programme covering a prescribed set of topics on a specific aspect of sales. It is ideal for developing baseline skills and understanding in areas such as cold calling or MEDDICC.
 
At MySalesCoach, we offer public Learning Paths, perfect for individuals looking to join a programme with likeminded sales reps from other companies. Additionally, we can create tailored Learning Paths for organisations, customising the content to suit your unique needs.
How do the Learning Paths work?
Learning Paths consist of three 90-minute group training sessions, each followed by a 1:1 coaching session for each participant. In the 1:1 session, the coach helps the individual apply what they have learned in their role and validates their understanding of the content.
 
Think of the 1:1 sessions as the step where sellers move from "understanding" to "application."
What reporting and feedback do we get as managers and leaders on the success and impact?
You will receive frequent updates and reports on insights and progress, ensuring alignment on objectives and goals.
We also provide:
  • Reports on team feedback and session value, based on participant comments.
  • Transparency into who has been booking and attending sessions, as well as any no-shows.
  • High-level analysis on topics covered in coaching sessions.
  • Success stories from coachees, showcasing where MySalesCoach is making an impact.
Additionally, our Customer Success team collaborates with you through Business Reviews to provide detailed data insights and ensure alignment with your team’s objectives.
What is the minimum subscription period?
We provide flexible options aligned to your goals and needs, including subscriptions and programmes.
What’s the difference between a subscription and a programme?
A subscription is designed for those who want regular coaching throughout the year. It’s ideal for individuals or teams seeking ongoing support and growth, with monthly access to a coach for continuous development.
 
A programme, on the other hand, is for those who want to address a specific skill gap or challenge requiring intensive coaching over a fixed time period. For example, you might focus on improving your cold calling or discovery skills over 2-3 months.
 
Choosing between a subscription and a programme can also depend on your budget and goals. We’re happy to discuss your needs and recommend the best solution for you.
What do I get for my membership?
A membership gets you access to 2 x tactical group sessions per month for as little as £20, as well as access to our live daily power hours and unique content/events.
How long does the membership last for?
The membership can be purchased as both a monthly rolling subscription as well as an annual subscription. Discounts are available for annual memberships.
Can I gift a membership for my team?
